Whilst the ‘baby blues’ is thought to be a normal response to giving birth, there are serious mental health issues that women and men can develop and experience in the perinatal period – antenatal or postnatal depression and anxiety, and postnatal mental illness.
Located within Springvale Service for Children, RelateWell delivers affordable counselling to parents referred by their Maternal and Child Health Nurse to our experienced team of psychologists and counsellors. Our counselling services are delivered onsite to families in Greater Dandenong.
Our team of psychologists and counsellors can assist parents during this significant transition in supporting their mental health and their relationship.
