RelateWell provides supports to people whose plans are managed by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIS).

Therapeutic supports: Mental Health Services

Description of Supports:

Therapeutic supports to assist the participant to gain skills and improve independence related to identified needs in areas such as language and communication, personal care, mobility and movement, interpersonal interactions, community living to support positive changes in the person's functioning, development and well-being. Therapeutic supports are delivered by professionals including Psychology.

Therapeutic supports includes counselling. Counselling will provide clients and carers with assistance to understand and manage situations, behaviours and relationships associated with their need for care and mental health.

How do I access these services?

People with self-managed NDIS plans can nominate our organisation as their preferred provider on the referral form. What you need to do is contact our organisation directly to discuss therapeutic support arrangements on (03) 9354 8854 or via email: relate@relatewell.org.au
